酒店在地鐵邊上不遠，大概走四五分鐘就可以到 邊上有小超市和吃的 房間比較小，就國內一般旅社水平，住一兩晚還是可以的，

完全是詐騙，和圖片裡沒有一處相似！沒有空調沒有電扇，衹有一扇內窗！非常可怕地面樓層房間小的不行。第一次遇到這種情況的酒店！

Sehr gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 200m entfernt. Die Bahn fährt in etwa alle 15 Minuten ab. Auch sind im näheren Kreis Lebensmittelgeschäfte vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig. Als Allein Reisender mit nur 1 Nacht war dies vollkommend ausreichend.

They don’t speak English. They don’t reply to Email, never. I miss my check in. And they don’t help nothing.

Clean rooms - helpful reception. Located quite a way out of central Bilbao but very easy to get to by public transport - only a few steps from the train station. Quite a noisy neighbourhood though!

The room was basic but clean and was situated on the outskirts of Bilbao. The sound insulation was terrible and other guests could be heard clearly though the walls. I also found the room very cold and there was no aircon or heating system to help guests stay warm. Reception isn’t 24/7 so no one to ask questions of. I thought the place was massively over priced as it is rather like a youth hostel as there isn’t a joining bathroom facility.
